Processing

Our processing facility is in Dingwall, where our salmon are, gutted and filleted by hand to customer specifications.

We offer:

  • Strict quality control at all stages of the process ensures a consistent high quality
  • Salmon are washed, gutted, graded then packed on ice in polystyrene boxes
  • Special airfreight packaging, if required
  • 1-8kg sizes, grading in 0.5kg or 1kg increments to suit
  • Despatch from processing plant within 24 hours of harvest being completed
