Elphin Freshwater Site - Nurturing fry, in water from the hills, often snowmelt, until they are ready to smolt.

Ardmair Seawater Site - At smoltation, the salmon are moved to be stocked every even year with a fallow period; to allow natural recovery and regeneration of the site.

Corry Seawater Site - At smoltation, the salmon are moved to be stocked every odd year with a fallow period; to allow natural recovery and regeneration of the site.

Ardessie Seawater Site - This is our grow-out site where, once the fish have been graded, the smaller fish are moved to grow to selling weight.
