We have an extremely committed and dedicated workforce of 55 local people, who together share a wide variety of skills from fish husbandry, harvesting and support, to sales, marketing and logistics.

Our team are the key to our continued success. Our methods are deliberately labour-intensive, to maintain the best husbandry standards and, as a result, produce Scotland's finest salmon.

We have held 'Investor in People' accreditation status since 1997.
