ISO 14001 is the principal management system standard which specifies the requirements for the formulation and maintenance of an Environmental Management System (EMS).

Protected Geographical Indication (PGI)
PGI is a legal framework defined in European Union law to protext the names of regional foods. The law ensures that only products genuinely originating in that region are allowed in commerce identified as such. The purpose of the law is to protect the reputation of the regional foods, promote rural and agriculture activity, help producres obtain a premium price for their authentic products and eliminate the unfair competition and misleading of consumers by non-genuine products, which may be of inferior quality or of different flavour.
Kosher food is food prepared in accordance with Jewish Dietary Laws. Jewish Dietary Laws are rules and regulations concerning food that are derived from Biblical laws and rabbinical extensions.
