- John Vallance - is a family run wholesale and retail fish merchants business which has been established for over 100 years. The business is run by Partners Iain, Donald, Douglas and Allan Neilson, who have extensive experience in the fish, game & poultry wholesale & retail industry. They have a fleet of temperature controlled vans delivering to businesses such as hotels, restaurants, fishmongers and fish & chip shops throughout western and central Scotland on a daily basis.

- W. Hodgson (Hartlepool) Ltd - W. Hodgson (Hartlepool) Ltd have distributed salmon from Wester Ross in the Hartlepool area for the last 20 years. Operating since 1916, they offer an excellent selection of fresh fish and shellfish.
