Our People

Wester Ross have been accredited with IIP status since 1997; we have found this discipline to be a very useful part of the staff development programme.

Wester Ross have an extremely committed and dedicated workforce. People are the key to our continued success; our methods are labour intensive deliberately to maintain the best husbandry standards and therefore produce Scotland’s finest quality salmon. We are proud of our “Investor in People” accreditation.
